Campden is a popular spot in England’s enchanting Cotswold region. Dating back to the 7th century, the town became one of Europe’s most important medieval wool-trading towns. The town’s peaceful, meandering streets are ideal for exploring on foot. Start at St. James Church, a striking Gothic-style church crowned by a soaring tower. Browse art exhibits and watch artists at work at Court Barn Museum. Admire the 17th-century Market Hall, built as a shelter for passing traders. The Town Hall was previously a court house, jail and wool exchange.
